    I work with clients who experience:
    real struggles with their communication that holds them back. This can include social anxiety, blushing, stuttering, mind blanking and fear of public speaking.

    In sessions you will learn how your subconscious mind works and why it reacts like it does in social environments. Using a blend of solution focused techniques and hypnosis, we will help drastically reduce anxiety, improve confidence and rewire your brain to thrive in social settings.

    Each 90-minute session is structured and focused. We work on precision, clarity and presence — through carefully designed public speaking skills building and practice, you’ll refine how you organise ideas, how you emphasise key points, and how you communicate with authority and authenticity

    The aim is simple:
    To help your English reflect your intelligence and inner voice.

  • This is a small, welcoming space to speak English more freely — without pressure, performance, or overcorrection.

    The Conversation Lab is designed for advanced speakers who want regular, natural practice in a calm and intelligent environment. If you already work or live in English but miss having space to simply talk — and explore ideas more deeply — this is for you.

    Each 60-minute session centres around a theme or question to spark meaningful discussion. There’s gentle guidance to keep the conversation flowing, subtle language support where helpful, and space for everyone to contribute.

    No heavy grammar.
    No forced debates.
    No spotlight pressure.

    Just thoughtful conversation, shared curiosity, and consistent speaking practice.

    Small group numbers keep it personal and relaxed.

    Because sometimes the most powerful way to improve is simply to speak — regularly, comfortably, and without tension.

    The aim isn’t to “become confident” in an abstract way.
